The new Corridor routes will necessitate the creation of new significant towns known as “Corridor Beacon Cities”.
These new communities will include energy-efficient modular housing systems. The existing infrastructure solutions will either be upgraded or they will be decommissioned and new solutions will be implemented.
Corridor Beacon Cities are intended to be a mixed-use areas, with six zones:
- Modern world-class inland dry port.
- An industrial district adjacent to the dry port.
- A financial district. (Central Business Distric)
- An education and innovation zone; green zones, parks, and resorts.
- A residential area will be suggested and implemented as appropriate. (Beacon Cities will be built to support 1 to 2 million inhabitants)
