Training & Employment

The Route 1, 2, 3, and 6 Corridors will allow for large-scale job creation; this will directly improve the local population’s lives.

Basic and ongoing training is essential for hiring local workers.

In order to ensure that the demands of the Route 1, 2, 3, and 6 Corridors operation are met on a long-term basis, agreements will be formed with nearby educational institutions. (Schools and universities)

Consortium members will invest in facilities to train Nigerians, with the goal of creating work opportunities in the maintenance of the newly implemented infrastructure. (Training will be offered at all levels)

Off-set programming will also, where appropriate, permit local production.
