The Mission
The Backbone Education, Art and Culture Foundation’s mandate is to “improve relations among the many ethnic groups within Nigeria and to enhance the quality of life through education”.
In pursuit of this mission, the Backbone Education, Art and Culture Foundation seeks to involve young Nigerians of all tribal, ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds in the ongoing enterprise of building a better Nigeria.
The Foundation sponsors annual programs and designs its activities to promote Education, Art and Cultural awareness and understanding amongst Nigeria’s many communities, as well as to highlight the contributions of Youth from all backgrounds to the everyday life in Nigeria.
