Kemmy Oyeneyin is presently the Talent Acquisition Manager and Chief Human Resource Officer at Kaiser Permanente. As Kaiser’ top human resources executive, she is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems and training that will develop leaders and empower employees to solve problems. She created integrated talent acquisition plans in partnership with leaders in the Academic Division, Medical system, and Kaiser Physicians Group. Upon completion of her secondary education in Nigeria, she immediately travelled to the USA to complete her first Degree (Bachelor of Business Administration) and second Degree (Master of Sciences in Administration) with an emphasis on Human Resources Concentration.
In addition to her first and second degree, she holds a professional human resources designation. As Talent Acquisition Manager and Chief Human Resource Officer, Ms. Kemmy is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization. Areas of responsibility include employment, compensation, employee relations, health and welfare, safety, organization development and learning, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Since her leadership appointment at Kaiser, she has been instrumental in integrating human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization. She has over 20 years of experience in administration, management, and human resources.
