Prof. Dr. Cesare Rotelli graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Messina where he obtained his first specialization in General Surgery after graduation. The second specialization in Vascular Surgery was awarded at the La Sapienza University of Rome. The third specialization in Oncology Surgery was awarded at the University of Messina.
He obtained the National Eligibility as Chief of General Surgery and subsequently of Chief of Vascular Surgery.
He holds post graduate degrees in: Thoracic Surgery; Pathology and Surgical Clinic; Gynecological surgery.Professor of SMORL (Lazio Region Medical School). Professor at the C.D.P. (School of professional nursing students) of the Lazio Region
Prof. Dr Rotelli has published numerous scientific papers on various national and international journals both as author and as co-author.
He has presented numerous scientific communications at national and international surgery congresses.
The Ministry of Health awarded him with the title of Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic. Academician of the Academy of the Incaminati. He was a member of the Italian Society of Surgery; of the Italian Society of Thoracic and Vascular Surgery; of the Italian Hospital Surgeons Association.
Since 1970, serving as a surgeon at the Santo Spirito Hospital and Santo Eugenio Hospital del Pio Istituto Santo Spirito and OO.RR. of Rome. He continued his profession of general and thoraco-vascular surgeon at the San Filippo Neri Hospital in Rome as a chief until 2004.
He established and activated day surgery and breast surgery at the Santo Filippo Neri Hospital and the Sant’ Andrea Hospital in Rome.
Prof. Dr. Rotelli has performed more than 10,000 surgeries as an operator in emergency and elective.
Prof. Dr Rotelli is a also a medical consultant and surgeon for numerous Arab countries and the African Continent.
Prof. Dr Rotelli lives in both, North Carolina USA, and Rome Italy, where he works in various private structures.
