China Railway Construction Corp

China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (“CRCC”) was founded solely by China Railway Construction Corporation on November 5th, 2007 in Beijing, and is now a mega-sized construction corporation overseen by the State Council of China’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). CRCC was listed in Shanghai (SH, 601186) and Hong Kong (HK, 1186) on March 10th and 13th, 2008, with a registered capital of RMB 13.58 billion.

CRCC, one of the worlds most powerful and largest integrated construction groups, is also one of China’s major engineering contractors, placing 59th among the Fortune Global 500 in 2019 and 14th among the China 500 in 2018, as well as third among ENR’s Top 250 Global Contractors.

CRCC’s businesses include project contracting, survey design advice, industrial production, real estate development, logistics, products and material commerce, and capital operations. CRCC has evolved primarily from a construction contract into a whole industrial chain that includes scientific research, planning, surveying, design, construction, supervision, maintenance, and operation, among other things. The full industrial chain enables CRCC to deliver one-stop integrated services to his clients. CRCC has now established itself as a market leader in project design and construction for plateau railroads, high-speed trains, motorways, bridges, tunnels, and urban rail traffic. Over the last 60 years, the firm has inherited the railway corps’ great traditions and work style: rapid implementation of administrative directives, daring in invention, and invincibility.
